I offer psychotherapy for individuals navigating all stages of fertility and family building.
The path to parenthood can bring unexpected emotional challenges. Whether you’re trying to conceive, going through fertility treatments, navigating pregnancy, adjusting to life after birth, or coping with loss, you may find yourself experiencing emotions you didn’t anticipate. Fertility challenges can feel isolating and overwhelming, you may experience grief, anger, guilt, sadness, anxiety, or a mix of emotions that can come in waves. While new parenthood may bring anxiety, uncertainty, and a sense that life isn’t the way you expected. These experiences can be difficult to navigate on your own. Talking openly, processing what you’re experiencing, and feeling understood can make a difference.
The fertility and family-building process can feel all-consuming. There may be difficult decisions to make, uncertainty about what comes next, and experiences that others in your life may not fully understand. I bring knowledge of the fertility world and the emotional challenges that can accompany fertility treatment, loss, family building, and the transition into parenthood.
